These terms govern use of longsleeve.com and any orders placed through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Use of the site

The site and its content are owned by Hour 72, Inc. You can read it, share it, link to it. You can't scrape it, mirror it, or pretend any part of it is yours. The trademarks, copy, and design are ours.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm you're at least 18 years old and providing accurate information. Prices and availability are subject to change. We may cancel an order if it appears fraudulent or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock; in either case we'll refund any payment in full.

Product use

Longsleeve is a topical insect repellent registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under EPA Reg. No. 101457-1. Read the product label before use. For external use only. Do not get in eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to pets. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation or rash occurs.

Returns

Our return policy is on the returns page: 30 days, no forms.

Disclaimer

We do our best to make the product work. Bug repellent isn't a guarantee against bug-borne illness; the CDC's recommendation is to layer protections (clothing, environment, repellent, and tick checks). Always do a tick check after time outdoors. The product is sold "as is" and we make no warranty beyond what's required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a Longsleeve product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
