This page tells you what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't.

What we collect

Waitlist: when you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, and your ZIP code if you choose to provide it. Orders: once purchasing is available, placing an order will also require your name, shipping address, and payment details, which are handled by our payment processor and not stored by us.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard server logs (IP address, browser, page accessed, timestamp). We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand performance and which pages are useful; both are cookieless and do not track you across other sites.

What we use it for

Waitlist and email: send the waitlist and launch emails you signed up for, through Klaviyo. Orders (when live): ship product, send shipping confirmations, handle returns. Analytics: understand which pages visitors find useful and improve them. Customer support: answer questions you send to hello@longsleeve.com.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your email with anyone outside the third-party tools listed above. We don't track you across the open web for advertising purposes. We don't profile you for any purpose other than improving this product and shipping it to you.

Your rights

You can request a copy of what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from any email at any time. Email hello@longsleeve.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. California, EU, and UK residents have additional statutory rights under CCPA, GDPR, and UK GDPR. Same email applies.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies necessary to make the site work, plus any our third-party tools require. Vercel's analytics are cookieless. We don't use cookies for cross-site tracking. If we ever introduce cookie consent banners or category-level controls, we'll surface them here.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. If a change is material, we'll email anyone we have on file.
